[HK FOODIE] AN INCREDIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE – UPTOP BISTRO AND BAR, POPWAY HOTEL HONG KONG

Fell in love with this restaurant. Obviously the view is incredible.
Well, I had made my reservation for 6:30 on a weekday night for just myself.
The highlight though was definitely the U.S. BEEF TENDERLOIN W/ STAR ANISE RED WINE SAUCE -ASPARAGUS, BABY CARROT, GARLIC PURÉE that I had for main course.
Perfect place to start the night. Classy, gorgeous view, delicious food and amazing drinks. Staff seemed friendly and so professional.
Overall, it’s one of the best spots in Tsim Sha Tsui area if you’re looking for an upscale restaurant, and most importantly, views. Can’t wait to go back!
