A fancy hotpot place in the area of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, definitely worth going to. The price here is rather more expensive than most of the hotpot places in the same district areas but you’re paying for quality.
For the selection of broths, we ordered COLLAGEN CHICKEN SOUP and GINSENG CHICKEN SOUP. They were all good. We chose a variety of meats and vegetables. Everything was fairly fresh, tasty and presented in a super appetizing way. Well, I especially loved SHRIMP BALLS WITH TRUFFLE, ASSORTED FRESH VEGETABLE and DUCK BLACK PUDDING, PREMIUM SPANISH PORK COLLAR BUTT and SURPREME U.S. ANGUS MARBLED BEEF were actually so good even though I didn’t have much expectation for them. Also, we ordered LAOGUO TAIWANESE NOODLES WITH SAUCE and I have to say they were the best noodles I’ve ever had at a hot pot restaurant. My family and I were both surprised at how chewy the noodles were and it was so delicious to eat with the broths.
This’s a great hotpot place that has truly thought of their customers first and constructed everything else around that. The service is attentive but not overbearing and they’re willing to answer all of your questions for those who are unfamiliar with Taiwanese hotpot. I’m very happy to find another great hotpot restaurant in Hong Kong.
Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back.
