We all need more fresh air and adventure, now more than ever especially in this difficult period of the epidemic.
Hiking in nature is probably the healthiest activity. It can rejuvenate the soul, challenge our bodies and calm our minds.
When I hike, I slow down and feel that the rhythm of nature makes me more leisurely. The sun rose and moved across the sky, and I found myself beginning to keep pace with that rhythm. This feels so good.
After a day’s walk, all the vitality is back.
